The Esteemed Members of İstanbul Golf Club,

As you are already aware, I have taken over the responsibility as the President of İstanbul Golf Club following the Annual General Meeting, thanks to your invaluable support.

My emotional connection with İstanbul Golf Club has continued to grow each year since I became a member in 2006. I believe the main reasons behind this are the deep-rooted culture of our club and the priceless friendships I have been fortunate to develop within this big family.

Golf, which gives us the opportunity to get to know each other closely and develop precious friendships, is certainly more than just a sport. For most of us, it is a passion, a lifestyle, and a privilege. Despite the disadvantages we faced for 11 years, we have united even more and continued to be the golf club envied by all.

Dear friends,

After a very long wait, we are finally in our new home. Having left behind all worries and uncertainties, our priority now is member satisfaction and sustainability. We will always respect transparency, fairness, and inclusion in our club management, ensuring that every member has the opportunity to express their views at all times.

Our aim is to ensure the financial strength and sustainability of our club, which is a second home for most of us. We will also execute activities that will strengthen our friendships even more through friendly competition and priceless memories.

Having taken over the responsibility from our former President Selim Ergüder and his team, we promise to work as hard as possible to be worthy of your trust and to ensure we hand over this precious asset to the next generation in a healthy way.
